My account

We build what we use.

Every product starts by solving something we needed solved ourselves. That rule requires us to maintain it with the same care we put into launching it: there is no more polished version for clients; there is only one, and we use it first.

When a product no longer serves us, we retire it. We would rather shut something down in time than keep it running for no reason.

The core is deterministic. The judgment is ours.

The integrations that matter · issuing a document, signing a file, processing an email · are ordinary code: defined inputs, verifiable outputs, and tests that run on every change.

AI is used at the edges, as a drafting and support tool. But everything that goes out passes through a human decision or a clear rule. Nothing that moves money runs on a model's hunch.

Software built to last.

We prefer mature stacks, documented protocols, and stable APIs. We measure quality by readability and reversibility: anyone should be able to understand what the system does and why, and every decision should be reversible.

We don't pursue the state of the art for its own sake. We pursue the state of the art that someone will be able to maintain five years from now.

Chile as context, not as a market.

We design assuming that users have a RUT (Chilean tax ID number), sometimes sign by hand, and work with Chilean government services. That specificity doesn't limit us · it sharpens our work.

We would rather solve a Chilean problem in depth than half-address fifteen markets.

A product is a commitment.

If a product is public, there is a person behind it answering emails. We don't launch in fire and forget mode: every service has an owner, a support channel, and a page that shows when something is going down.

When we can't keep that commitment, we say so. Shutting down a product honestly is part of the job.

Honesty about what it does and what it doesn't.

We describe each tool by what it actually solves. We don't promise artificial intelligence where there is a rule. We don't call something a platform when it is a script with a nice interface. The numbers we publish are the ones we measure.

When we make mistakes · and we do · they are recorded on the same site.

Care in the details.

A well-chosen typeface, a table that adds up, a useful error message, a verifiable hash: a product's quality shows in a thousand small details, not in one big promise.

Care is how we show respect. We put it into the code, the copy, and the way we answer an email.

Three rules for how we work with others.

Thorough records, little ceremony

A documented, traceable company without bureaucracy for show. Logs, reports, backups, clear ownership, audits, and records. No meetings or forms for their own sake.

Transparency with clients is part of the product

We disclose errors, costs, limitations, and progress. Clients should be able to know what is happening without decoding corporate language.

Quality shows in small things

Well-made documents, consistent names, careful interfaces, organized files, clear emails, correct invoices, and products that work. Identity is not the logo.
