How a project starts
First, we talk about the problem and the people who need it solved. We review the background and agree on a proposal with deliverables, timelines, and a budget.
During development, we test the work with the people who will use it. Delivery includes what is needed to operate it and, when appropriate, a maintenance agreement.
We also develop our own products
The tools from USAIA, the publication Periodismo2, and the IndieWeb projects are part of the work we build and operate. Each site explains its scope and terms of use.
We also operate the services of Círculo de Santiago and Compañía Chilena de Inteligencia de Datos, which are separate companies.
